Zero-Flex® Rigid Coupling Style 07

The unique angle-pad design of the Zero-Flex® Style 07 coupling adjusts to standard pipe and roll or cut groove tolerances, positively clamping the pipe to resist flexural and torsional loads.

Rigid couplings provide rigidity for valve connections, machinery rooms, fire mains, and long straight runs. Angle-pad design permits assembly by removing one nut/bolt and scissoring housing over gasket. This reduces the number of components to handle during assembly, speeds and eases installation.

Standard Flexible Coupling Style 77

Style 77 couplings are designed with cross-ribbed construction to provide a strong component for pressure piping systems. All sizes are provided with plated bolts and nuts. Galvanized and stainless steel housings are also available.

Independent testing has shown the Style 77 coupling to be an effective stress relief and vibration attenuation device providing performance superior to braided steel and elastomeric arch-type connectors when used in close proximity to the source of vibration.

Vic-300 MasterSeal™ Butterfly Valve

The most striking innovation is the unique design of the offset disc and two-piece stem. The disc design increases flow and reduces operating torque up to 35%,and provides a 360º bubble-tight seal, and has a longer life expectancy than most conventional valves.

Vic-300 MasterSeal is available in sizes from 2" – 12" (60,3 – 323,9mm) and is rated to 300 PSI Water, Oil, Gas.

Flexible Coupling for Shouldered Steel Pipe

The patented Style SC77 installation ready flexible coupling joins 2 - 8"/50 - 200mm shouldered steel pipe. The Style SC77 is installed without having to disassemble the coupling.

The coupling's unique design eliminates loose parts, insures consistent installation and provides substantial gains in productivity. Installation ready Style SC77 couplings are rated to 580 psi/4000 kPa on all sizes of shouldered ANSI standard wall (or heavier) carbon steel pipe.

Victaulic® Aquamine Products

The Victaulic Aquamine line of reusable PVC products is the fastest, easiest and most economical method for joining PVC pipe for water services.

 Ideal for water supply, water bypass, dewatering lines and other water services these products can easily be reused and redeployed as needed. The complete Victaulic Aquamine line consists of pipe, couplings, fittings, and valves available with a variety of end connections.

Stainless Steel Pipe System

Vic-Press for Schedule 10S Type 316/316L stainless steel pipe provides a fast, easy, clean, and reliable means for joining ½ – 2"/15 – 50mm standard ASTM A-312 Schedule 10S stainless steel pipe.

The Vic-Press for Schedule 10S system requires no flame or arc as with welding, and no cutting oil, chips or preparation time as with threading or flanging. Off-the-shelf stainless steel pipe is cut to length, inserted into the coupling and the coupling is pressed onto the pipe or fitting in seconds.

The FireLock EZ Style 009H coupling is a rigid, installation-ready coupling for fire protection pipe joining. The coupling’s unique design eliminates loose parts, insures consistent installation and provides substantial gains in productivity.

FireLock EZ Style 009H couplings are recommended for use ONLY on fire protection systems.
